However in addition to the fixed fee (exclusive of VAT) for the core conveyancing services you will be liable to pay the usual disbursements associated with the house sale / purchase process. If you are purchasing with a mortgage where you are obliged to pay the lenders legal fees these will be due in addition to the other charges already mentioned.
